The notary is personally responsible if the deed results faulty. If a third person has claims or if the immovable is bind up (servitude, lease etc.)
The compensation is divided in three parts;
The honorarium (+22% v.a.t.),
Notary rights (+22% v.a.t.) and
His payments in advance.
The medum cost for the notary honorarium is about 1650 euro + V.A.T.* for a selling deed of 90’000 euro and about 2080 euro + V.A.T.* when it costs 180’000 euro. Normally it’s on the buyer’s expence.
